Digital product policy

WILDigital products are instant digital downloads; no physical product is shipped.

Transparent PNGs: some apps and photo viewers display transparent areas as white. WILDigital may show transparent artwork over checkerboard, dark, or light preview surfaces so customers can inspect the artwork more easily. Those preview backgrounds are not part of the downloaded PNG files.

Because digital files can be accessed immediately, final refund language should be reviewed and locked before launch. If a file is damaged, incomplete or materially different from its product description, contact support so the delivery can be investigated.
