Commercial-use asset license

WILDigital artwork comes with commercial-use rights for finished projects while the original asset files remain protected.

Commercial use

You may use purchased WILDigital artwork in your own personal and commercial projects and in finished products you create for sale. You may resize, recolor, modify, combine, and incorporate the artwork into your own finished designs and products.

No asset resale or redistribution

You may not resell, redistribute, sublicense, share, give away, or otherwise make the original artwork files available to others, whether individually, in an asset pack, as part of a digital download, or in any form that allows the artwork to be extracted or reused as a standalone asset. You may not create competing clipart or asset packs from the artwork or from slight modifications of the artwork.

Non-exclusive license

This artwork is licensed non-exclusively. Lantern & Kite retains the right to continue using, selling, licensing, and incorporating these designs into other products, including games, books, apps, printables, merchandise, and other digital or physical products.

Ownership

Ownership of the artwork and all rights the seller is legally entitled to assert remain with the seller. Purchase grants only the usage rights described in this license.

Additional restrictions

You may not register the standalone artwork as a trademark, claim the standalone artwork as your original creation, or expose extractable source artwork in a digital end product.
